1. Agreement
By installing or using MCT you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. License
Subject to payment of the applicable fees, Genetrix grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use MCT inside the Salesforce Marketing Cloud org(s) named in your order form.
3. Fees & billing
Fees are billed annually in advance. Non-payment beyond 30 days may result in suspension. Prices exclude VAT.
4. Acceptable use
You will not resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer MCT. You will not use MCT to translate content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes third-party rights.
5. Data
See our privacy policy. You retain all rights to your copy and translations. Genetrix acts as a processor for translation data only.
6. Warranty & liability
MCT is provided "as is". Genetrix's total liability under this agreement is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the courts of Amsterdam.
